Darlene joined SOT in the Fall of 2011. She grew up in the deaf culture with deaf parents and a deaf grandmother. Signing was her first language. Darlene feels very comfortable with the deaf she meets. She is always willing to assist them with their needs.   Scheduling the deaf with hearing customers is nothing new for her as she did the scheduling for deaf students at Texas State Technical College for about 12 years. Her love for the deaf makes her a great asset to the SOT team.   If you need an interpreter, please give Darlene a call and she will make sure your needs are met.

Denise joined SOT in Fall 2009, she became interested in sign language while attending Jefferson-Moore High School. The Regional Day School for the Deaf (located just across the street) mainstreamed deaf students into Jefferson-Moore for elective classes. This new concept of mainstreaming with an interpreter was Denise's first glimpse of American Sign Language. This piqued her interest enough to enroll in the sign language class offered as an elective and then she began volunteering at the Deaf School. This lead to her career in interpreting.

She is known by her interpreting peers as a professional and long time dedicated interpreter with strong ethical values. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the educational realm.

We look forward to her assisting us in our goal to become the most efficient multifaceted interpreting agency. Give Denise a call with general SOT questions or with concerns regarding payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
